As all our dresses are handmade to order, please allow production time before your item is dispatched. Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and handed over to our courier partner.
We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Delivery typically takes 2-7 working days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Kindly note that we do not offer collections, as we are an online-only store.
If you have a specific deadline, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow for both production and delivery time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Terms and Conditions
As all our dresses are handmade to order and created according to custom measurements, we do not offer alterations, refunds, returns, or exchanges on completed orders. Each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail, and we work closely to ensure your measurements and design choices are correct before production begins. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns based on sizing issues or change of mind.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault or error on our side, the item must be returned to us for inspection. We do not accept assessments or inspections done by third parties or other seamstresses.
All quality evaluations will be carried out by our team.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe there is a fault, and include clear photos so we can assist you promptly. If the item needs to be returned, it must be sent back within the specified timeframe provided by us.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, we will take responsibility for resolving it, which may include repair or replacement, and we will cover the return courier costs. If no fault is found or the issue is not due to our workmanship, the customer will be responsible for all courier costs.
