Our business hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:30 - 16:30 and we aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.
Ordering Process
All orders are placed directly with us via WhatsApp.
Simply send us the design you are interested in, along with your event date, and we will guide you through the process. Once your design and details are confirmed, we will proceed with your order.
Sizing & Measurements
We provide a simple and easy-to-follow measurement guide with every order. This guide explains exactly how and where to measure to ensure the best fit.
If you are unsure at any stage, we are happy to assist you. Please note that accurate measurements are the customer’s responsibility.
Production & Delivery
All dresses are made to order. Please allow 30- 60 workdays ( Monday-Thursday) for production, in addition to delivery time.
We recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid any delays.
Custom Orders & Changes
We are happy to accommodate certain custom requests. Any changes to designs must be discussed and confirmed before production begins.
Please note that additional changes may affect pricing and production time.
Payments
A minimum of 70% deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
Payment details will be provided during the ordering process.
