We have a variety of fabric colors available. Send us your wedding colors and we will send you the options available in your selected fabric.

1. Free shipping applies when 2 or more dresses are ordered and shipped to the same delivery address. We offer door to door and door to locker shipping options.

2. It is the clients responsibility to follow up on their delivery, If any issues arise, please contact us for assistance.

3. Once the shipments is handed over to the courier, we have no control over delays, external courier tracking system or website issues that may occur on the courier's side. If preferred, clients may arrange their own courier for collection.

Sizing:

Please make sure to follow our "How to Measure" guide when submitting your measurements. If you are unsure, don't hesitate to reach out- we're here to help!

Since every piece is made to your measurements, we can't do alterations, exchanges, or refunds if the measurements provided is sent in incorrectly. The responsibility is on you ro double-check those numbers. But remember - we're always happy to assist before you finalize.

If, in the rare instance, we make an error on our side, don't worry- we'll offer alterations to correct it.

Colors:

We do our absolute best to ensure the colors we provide are true to your vision, as we source directly from our supplier. That said, for complex hues, there might be slight differences and might appear slightly different on screens and monitors. We're committed to getting it right, but for those truly tricky colors you're welcome to order a sample fabric directly from our suppliers or even source your own fabric. If no sample was ordered, we can't be held responsible for slight color variations that may occur,

When you place your order, our production timeline is approximately 30-60 business days (Monday - Thursdays). However, this timeline might be less depending on the current bookings.

To ensure peace of mind, we strongly recommend setting your "Expected date" at least 30 days before your wedding. That way, there's plenty of room for courier or final slight adjustments and no last-minute dress stress. 

We don't offer an online checkout because, as a small studio, we carefully manage our production capacity to give your the best quality and personalized service.

To order, first contact us via the "Order Now" WhatsApp link below. Let us know your desired delivery date and we'll confirm space availability. Once confirmed, download our order form below, fill in the invoicing section, and send it to us via WhatsApp and we will book your order.
